You tell us about the LLC through the intake form. You get a response within 30 minutes during business hours. That reply is a response, not the quote itself: if your situation needs a closer look before we can price it honestly, we will say so.
The written quote follows, fixed, with no obligation to accept it. Once you accept and payment clears, a straightforward Form 5472 filing is prepared in under 3 days from a complete document set and cleared payment.
Prices above are starting points. What moves a price up is volume and complexity: many reportable transactions, several unfiled years, more than one owner, or a return that needs bookkeeping rebuilt first. We would rather tell you that in writing up front than discover it halfway through.
