We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles and we do not sell what they tell us.

Your analytics choices

Neither of these is switched on until you say so, and nothing about the service you get depends on your answer. They are worth explaining rather than hiding, because they are how a small firm decides what to fix next.

These are two separate tools and two separate choices. Turning one off leaves the other exactly as it was. Changing either reloads this page so the choice takes effect immediately.

Site analyticsTells us which pages people actually read and how they found us. It is the main signal we use when deciding which guides to write and which parts of the site to improve. HubSpotConnects an enquiry back to the pages that led to it, so when you write to us we can see the context rather than starting from nothing. It also underpins the intake form.
